We have 5 units which have been remodeled for extended stay vacation rentals.
These 8 Units are equipped with kitchens that include gas stove & oven, microwave oven, toaster, full size refrigerator, plenty of cupboard space, double stainless-steel sinks, showers (some with shower/tub combos, and one with both), and cable television. Kitchens have linoleum floors and the apartments have wall-to-wall carpet.
Our on-site coin-op laundry has four washers and 3 gas dryers.
These Units have propane heat, some with electric base-board heating. We will have units #17, #18. available starting in September of 2009.
